1. Overview

Sprint Mode LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sprint Mode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Sprint Mode platform at sprintmode.ai and its associated portals, including Mode, Signal, and Studios (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

2. Data We Collect

Account Information

When you register or are provisioned an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role. This information is used to provision your account and communicate with you about the Platform.

Authentication Data

The Platform supports magic link, Google SSO, and Microsoft SSO authentication. We receive the authentication token and associated profile data (name, email) from your identity provider to create or identify your session. We do not store your SSO passwords.

Usage and Activity Logs

We collect standard server logs when you use the Platform, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, actions taken, and session duration. This data is used to maintain, secure, and improve the Platform.

Content You Submit

Any data, files, or content you upload or enter into the Platform (“Content”) is stored and processed to provide the Platform services you request.

Integration Data

If you connect third-party integrations (such as Slack, Jira, or QuickBooks), we receive data from those services as necessary to operate the integration. The scope of data received depends on the permissions you grant.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the Platform — account management, feature access, and delivery of services.
• Security and fraud prevention — detecting and preventing unauthorized access or abuse.
• Communications — transactional notifications (account activity, security alerts) and, with your consent, product updates. You can manage preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
• Service improvement — analyzing aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve the Platform.
• Legal compliance — complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Platform:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, and edge infrastructure.
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for applicable billing. Stripe receives payment data directly and is subject to their own privacy policy.
• Google LLC / Microsoft Corporation — SSO authentication providers.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic, PBC — AI features within the Platform are powered by Anthropic’s Claude API.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

• Account data — retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to fulfill legal and accounting obligations.
• Activity logs — retained for ninety (90) days, then purged.
• Content — retained while your account is active. Upon account closure, Content is deleted within thirty (30) days unless a longer retention period is required by law or an applicable services agreement.
• Payment records — retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days.

We do not sell personal information. California residents have the right to opt out of any sale of personal information; there is nothing to opt out of here.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Session Cookies

The Platform uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These are strictly necessary for the Platform to function.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized, aggregate usage data. This may include pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. We do not enable Google Ads or remarketing features. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

No Third-Party Advertising

We do not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or social media widgets on the Platform.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, and role-based access controls. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Platform at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
